Two shipping options are now available. Both are (DDP) delivery and duties prepaid so there are no surprises. One of the shipping methods is fully integrated in our store by Tracked packet USA. At checkout, you can see the shipping and duties cost that are applied to your order. We are still testing with a few parcels to make sure they are crossing the borders without issues or delays.

If the parcel is needed quickly please use a FEDEX option. But FEDEX is NOT a (DDP) duties prepaid option. Duties/tariffs WILL need to be paid upon delivery by the customer.

We are also trying to understand tariffs. The rates are not the same on every product. The rate depends on the HS CODES and the country of origin. For example, the rate on stones is different then the rate on rings. Many of our items will be duty-free under CUSMA agreements. But CUSMA online forms are still pending. Once the CUSMA online forms are available online, we will need to apply for approval on CUSMA compliant items. Since there are Hundreds of items, this may take awhile. Unfortunately, we do not know when the CUSMA agreement online form will be ready, we are being told a few days.

Please be patient as the customs, shipping companys and ourselves are all struggling to adapt to the new system.

US and Canadian goverments are still negotiating tariff rates. The system in place will be modified automatically if rates change.
