An Executive order from President Trump has removed the Deminimis treatment and all international parcels are now subject to duties, taxes or/and tarrifs. US and Canadian gouverments are still negotiating over tariff rates.

At the moment, we have not received information on how we can ship to US and maintain free shipping with the postal service. There is a (DDP) option which is delivery and duties prepaid, that should be online in the next few days. Hopefully we will get this option up and running later this week or early next week.

Expect delays starting next week on regular parcels. If the parcel is needed quickly please use a FEDEX option. With a brand new system in place we are expecting delays starting on Thursdays August 28th parcels. Please be patient as we struggle to adapt as well.
